You don't say your age, but if you're going through, or just have had puberty, then they could be ingrown hairs called folliculitis. I had those on and off during my teen years. I remember being scared even though I'd never had sex. I went to the doctor and he told me everything was fine. Most likely that'll be the case with you to but it doesn't hurt to go see a doctor. Oral sex can cause STDs.
How STDs Spread?
If you are having sexual relations with one partner who is safe, you need never worry about contacting a STD. The worry comes only because of multiple relations. In such relations, you are not sure about the health status of your new partner and that worries you. Viruses and bacteria need an entry to your body. That entry can be provided by blood. Broken skin is another entry. Mucous membrane is the third entry. If you expose your cut skin or mucous membrane to any infected fluid or skin, you will contact infection. Your healthy skin is normally impermeable to viruses and bacteria. They can enter through your skin in only diseases such as genital warts.

You can't actually catch anything from a toilet seat. You can get STDs if you've been engaging in oral sex. There are some that you can get just from kissing or even sharing a drink (herpes), but I don't know that that would show up on your genitals. Call up your doctor to ask.

Nope you are fine these are ahrmless natural nodes which although in time will grow to the sixe of grapes and look unsightly are not contagious. Regular bathing with WD40 and Lemon Juice can slow down the growth but it will eventually resemble a Toffee Crisp or for our Amercian Reader a lumpy hershey bar
