Gyro meat is another name for Donair meat and you do not have to buy a whole round loaf of it, in fact a middle eastern store will even have it frozens in packets and it is very good. You can also buy the sauce or just buy thousand island dressing, then you can add you own tomatoes onions, etc.

There is a place in Cleveland Ohio, on West 25Th Street. Look them up on the Internet they sell traditional Greek foods. Sorry, I can not give you the name i forget. Or find an International open air market in your in your closest major city. Most cities have one. Good luck Do a search on yahoo, yellow pages and put in fresh gyro meat. Good luck
