can using a vibrator (through a skirt, no underwear) that someone else who possibly has HIV used, but hasnt used for at least an hour, definitly longr transmit the virus? please help im starting 2 feel all "symptomish"

ok........i asked the person. they said since it was thru a skirt (no vaginal contact, not even at all) that it isnt possible
also this person does not have aids- has 1 sexual partner who doesnt have it. and the thing was last used like a night ago...so idk if i have adis or not..........still scared

no once the virus is outside of the body for I believe 15-30 mins it is dead an can not be transmitted if it could then the whole world would be infected by now

AIDS doesn't actually survive terribly long outside of the body, so I wouldn't worry, especially if it was used through a skirt. The symptoms are almost definitely all in your mind; AIDS can take up to six months to even be detected through a blood test. You're not going to feel any symptoms after a day.

If the vibrator was washed properly between uses, and did not get onto your skin at all, its unlikely. And you cannot pick up aids from a toilet seat. Remeber a toilet seat has less bacteria then a dish towel or a kitchen counter.

You can pick up sexual transmitted diseases from toilet seats and girlfriend's bathing suits you try on - it's called Humanpapilloma -- it's why we have pap smears!
