No.
Unfortunately, and I hate to be this way as I am not a person to hold predjudisms, but I believe that HIV inflicted should have relations with only HIV inflicted.
Its not a far fetched idea, nor unique, tho maybe unfair to a degree.
Look around, people of same religions, same values, same ethnic backgrounds...on and on...same whatever, choose to be together. The difference of the HIV situation is that it is a 'should' situation and not one of 'choice'.

So NO.
And condoms dont impress me as much help for anything.

I'm sure a majority of people would say that they wouldn't do it but on the real, how do you really know if someone is negative or not?? Are you doing blood tests in your home?? HIV+ people lie all the time about being positive. If you are using precaution, you should just assume that everyone is positive and that way you are protected. I've had sex with someone who was HIV+ and I was just as cautious knowing that they were positive as I would have been if I wasn't sure. I appreciated that they told me before and I could make the decision.

I don't know enough about HIV, but if I wanted to have sex with someone that had the disease, I would check with a doctor or on a web-site that talked about this type of thing.

I wouldnt I'm straight man but you can pass on HIV through blood, semen is not always the carrier. How would you feel if the condom burst on his ejaculation?

Would you play Russian roulette? Even with a condom there is a slight chance that the virus might be passed. Why take that chance?
