Nein -- -- -- no, have heard tons of slang and have consulted several on line and off line slang dictionaries and no..... The only even most remote tie between Shank and Sex is when people use Shank to mean f*** as a play on the prison slang of Shank for a homemade knife; quote "the lifer shanked the newbie in his cell," though it could also mean killed if one reads further that,:"the newbie became his B*tch for the rest of his jail time" then you sort of figure it out.

Otherwise your name is 'safe'

PS did you hear about the sailor Valentino Dias who had his initials tatooed on his chest?

Peace....

Shanks is not a slang expression of STD. Shanks also means "legs" hence the wader sense.
There are several famous personalities with Shanks as surname and you are one among them.

I've never heard of that, and as a sex-ed teacher, I usually like to keep up with the current slang names for STDs.

shanks or shingles are the nerve endings of your body being very respondate. it hurts and only a doctor can help you. its not a std just a different way of saying it in another country
