will poping the blisters from heripes make it heal faster or dont touch them?

Absolutely not!
Popping the blisters not only makes the puss come out, which can then spread the blisters, but it also takes a lot longer to heal the blisters!
If you have herpes, the best thing to do is leave the blisters alone! DO NOT touch them. You should really only be touching them if you are putting medication on or are washing yourself.
***Also, Kevin is just wrong. Herpes blisters almost always come back in the same spot, regardless if you pop them or not!

If u have the nerve to pop them then they will never come back
atleast at the same spot. But its painfull and messy. Make sure
that the puss is cleaned then and there otherwise it will spread to
other places creating more blisters.

I'm going to go puke now...
I wouldn't suggest popping the blisters, the fluid could spread the virus (?) and you could make it easy for a secondary infection to start.
