AIDS is the deadly progression of the HIV (virus)

not all HIV positive people will develop AIDS (technically a person can die from a virus or dsease that AIDS prevents the body from protecting itself from.)

many people live for years wit HIV but the treatments are
varied and usually expensive.

If you have AIDS I may be interested in speaking to you. There aren't any 'cures' for anything as far as I know.

This is an Immune Disease, which is no longer a huge problem, or at least it shouldn't be.

Replace a group of complex carbohydrates and that is the end of that. They are the building blocks for the transfer of all biological data at cellular level.

AIDS is an easy thing to be rid of.

Well I don't mean to be rude but YES there is a cure for HIV/AIDS. It's not very nice. The truth is, it is the same thing that will cure any and all illnesses and medical problems. The cure is called DEATH!!

i read there is
in the coconut book a guy ate a hot bowl of coconut daily n got better
in the cure for all diseases the people that did a chemical detox n a parasite detox got themselves better

No only treatments, although there is still alot of hope out there. The drugs that they people currently take do help srpress the virus.
