Go to your neighborhood farmers' market, and buy--spinach!!!
Only commercially grown spinach that is put through huge industrial processes easily subject to cross-contamination are affected by the spinach scare.
Local farmers are honest, straightforward ways to obtain all your vegetables. Organic or close to organic, no pesticides, no strange practices like washing fresh veggies with pig water or whatever. Look the grower in the eye and buy with confidence!
If they've run out of spinach, you can substitute kale most of the time although it's a little more chewy and requires more seasonings to taste good.

You've already received some good suggestions--here are two more: Collard greens (not as tough as kale) and mustard greens, but these have a strong taste, so you might want to mix them in with other things.
