Thanks for the 2 points. I'm a girl, so I would hope that I'm more feminine than Richard Simmons.... and weak ankles? Don't know what you're talking about. I bet most vegans are more fit than you.

I don't mind the feminine part. I am a woman, and from my experience, guys like feminine chicks. There was this meat-eater that worked with me a few years ago. She had a beard...

Anyway. I AM very strong and fit, so I am not sure which Vegans you are talking about. You see soy protein is easier for the body to use, and I eat a lot of soy. So, my workouts make me quite tone.

My husband is a vegan and he stands over 6 feet, is a runner and what is called a mans man. Last time I looked his ankles are strong. It was a stupid question, my dear, and perhaps I am stupider for relying. PS Richard Simmons cries everyday he goes to his bank. Dont make fun of anyone it isnt Christian or if you are Jewish as I am it isnt Jewish either

1) I don't have weak ankles and I'm pretty much vegan 2) I actually have way more guy friends then girls friends even though i'm a girly girl... because I relate to men (unlike richard simmons) and I'm STRAIGHT.

Don't assume things about us and we won't assume things about you. Caring about your body and living beings does not imasculate a man or ultra feminize a woman.

Something tells me HIS ankles are quite strong enough, thank you very much...

It's the lack of proteins that causes joint and muscle weakness and fatigue. And beans just don't supply enough, no matter how many you eat.
