Swelling in heart ?May God Bless You ,If you are a Buddhist ;pray hard and ask Ai Mi Tuo Fo to bring you to Pureland.Your game is over soon.
People with heart failure often experience swelling in their ankles or feet. The degree of swelling you experience depends on how well your body is compensating for heart failure and how much sodium and water your body retains. In some cases the swelling is mild and merely bothersome, while in other cases it can be severe and painful if the skin becomes taut and sensitive.

there is nothing called as swelling in the heart ----
if there is a mass in the heart proper, this may be a tumor or a clot, either of which are dangerous to life - starting from impaired activity to sudden death and stroke or paralysis for life.
if you mean a swelling in the breast or a chest, the effects may be benign or it may still be a bad tumor, so you have to check it out with a physician

It would not be a swollen heart, but rather an enlarged one. It could be many things, with a deeper cause usually. It could be a cardiomayopathy, you need to talk with a cardiologist about it.
