If you don't test positive within 3 months, chances of you having it are slim to none. Generally 3 weeks after infection you will have acute HIV symptoms, you will have a few days were you feel like you have the flu and have a fever. This is when the body tries to make antibodies against the disease. Then the virus will go dormant for a period of months or years. Usually people that have the virus will test positive at 4 to 6 weeks.

not 50/50
less than 50/50 if you had one negative test
and have not engaged in activities that would put you at risk
such as
1. sharing needles
2. having unprotected sex with a male who is bisexual ( if you are female)
3. anal sex with high risk partner ( male/male)
