just for advertisement saying that this is really potent....its XXX did this answer your question....now you have it in your mind that that is really potent and now i can get ripped on it but it was the same rum as before...

Moonshine is often portrayed in the media in a clay jug marked only with XXX. Supposedly, the moonshiner would inscribe a single X on the jug each time the mixture passed through a still. This image of a jug or bottle marked XXX is used in comic strips and cartoons to depict an intoxicating beverage.
I have also read that in Colonial American times, beer was labeled with X, XX, or XXX. The X had the lowest alcohol content and XXX had the greatest. Just FYI, the lower alcohol content beer tended to go bad quicker so needed to be drunk sooner.

X in such sense means strong/ advanced, so XXX only means that the seller wants to project it as Very strong.
This can be misleading as the % of alcohol (which is the main reson for intoxication) may not be much diff from the competetior brand.
Give some break to ur mind and dont let ur mind wander in the wrong direction, if u think some thing else.

The Rum has been distilled thrice!
Unlike fermented alcohol, distilled liquor means the distillate is boiled over, and then cooled and collected in a separate distillation flask connected to the main flask by tubes.
Every time the water vapour is removed, the alcohol becomes purer and purer, and is very potent!
It ought to be consumed diluted with soda or water.
Why distil? Because Rum diluted with water cannot be kept for more than a day, after which it goes bad and can't be drunk!

"x" stands for 10 in letin language and three time x means 30 so it is 30 days. RUM is a short form of routine used as medicine. It means that consume one bottle of xxx rum in a month as it works like medicine.
