Women almost always have a low self esteem about ones self. I've been that way before. There is nothing you can do but make her face the simple fact of life or continue to coax her. What I mean about simple fact of life is that when two people care for one another, it's just them. Nothing and nobody will ever stop it and that one needs to trust themselves first and then put trust in others. Maybe it won't last but making it depressing while in the moment isn't going to help make a strong relationship. Ask her if she trusts you. If she says yes, ask her then if she trusts herself to be true to you. If that also is a yes, tell her then why would you go out with her if you didn't like her. Make her answer it. Then tell her that you like her and think that she's ............ but that it upsets you when she asks that because you care so much. It should help. Either way do what feels and seems right. She has probably been hurt before, need to know. And from my experience, a lot of women do want to know these things and be reminded of it now and then.
Also it's hard to say without knowing what your relationship style is like. You can try to show her in some way. Ask her how she can believe you more. It might just be that sometimes it feels good to hear it. Because you did say "My GF sometimes..."
As long as you stay with her it gets proven by itself a little more with time.

i thik ur gf is a bit insecure n u need 2 make her feel secure ! 4 this u need 2 spend alot of time with her n make her feel that ull always b with her n that u have no intention of leavin her.

Since you really love her, have you try to communicate wit her as in where go wrong that she felt insecure with you? I believe she loves you too much that why she have those tots, does your behaviour made her think in that way?

Just continue showing your love. Eventually she'll get over it. She's probably just insecure or was disappointed in past relationships.

tell her to be secure with what you share so that your relationship can become stronger and deeper with each passing day. tell her you forever want to be with her and it hurts you when she questions it -even a littl bit. then give her a passionate kiss and a get big bear hug.
