Frankly, I think you'd be better off just finding a good therapist that you like an trust, rather than trying a one-time hypnotherapy session. Ongoing psychotherapy (in my opinion) is more effective and supportive. But, if you're open to it, and you want to pay the $250 for the initial session, go for it!
