Try weight Watchers or Slimming world, you can still stay home, but keep your own account of what you eat and when, etc, a meeting usually costs around 6 pound per session and often, people find it easier to lose weight if they have other people around them who are also aiming to lose weight.
They have meeting groups in several areas around the country.
Hope this helps. As i think something like this would be better than a one-off camp, wher everything would go back to being the same once you return home, whereas with a Weightwatchers or Slimming World group, you can carry on as normal at home.
