TONI's CHOCOLATE CAKE:
1/2 cup margarine (softened)
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup HERSHEY'S Cocoa
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup boiling hot water
In a large bowl cream together margarine, eggs, sugar and cocoa until fluffy. In another bowl, sift together flour, baking soda and salt; add to butter mixture. Beat in milk and vanilla extract. Stir in boiling water (batter will be thin). Pour batter into prepared pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until wooden toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool 10 minutes; remove from pans to wire racks. Cool completely.

OLGA's CHOCOLATE FROSTING:
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter or margarine (softened)
1 3/4 cups confectioners sugar
1/4 cup HERSHEY'S Cocoa
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 Tablespoons water
Cream butter and sugar well; add confectioners sugar, HERSHEY'S Cocoa, vanilla extract and water. Beat until smooth and of spreading consistency.

Chocolate Cake

Ingredients

1 1/3 cup Maida
1 cup beaten Fresh Curd
1 cup Fine Sugar
1/2 cup Oil
3 tbsp Cocoa powder
1 tsp Baking powder
1 tsp Baking Soda
Few drops Vanilla Essence
Pinch of Salt
Chopped Walnuts
Melted Butter and flour for greasing

Method:


Sieve the Maida, salt, baking powder, soda and cocoa powder.
In another bowl beat the curd and add sugar to it. Keep on mixing. Pour the oil and mix it well. Then add the essence, with walnuts on top. To this batter add the sieved mixture slowly and mix it thoroughly.
Preheat the greased baking pan at 180 degrees for few min. Put the batter in it and bake the cake for 35 min.

INGREDIENTS:

2 cups boiling water
1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup butter, softened
2 1/4 cups white sugar
4 eggs
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract


DIRECTIONS:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Grease 3 - 9 inch round cake pans. In medium bowl, pour boiling water over cocoa, and whisk until smooth. Let mixture cool.

Sift together flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt; set aside.

In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.

Beat in eggs one at time, then stir in vanilla. Add the flour mixture alternately with the cocoa mixture. Spread batter evenly between the 3 prepared pans.

Bake in preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes. Allow to cool.

Ingredients:-

-1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
-1 tsp. baking soda
-1/2 tsp. salt
-1 1/2 sticks (3/4 c.) butter
-1 c. sugar
-2 eggs
-3 oz. unsweetened chocolate, melted
-1 c. Friendship Starter
-3/4 c. milk
-1 tsp. vanilla
-Confectioners' sugar

Method:-

1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9"x13" baking pan.
2) Sift flour, baking soda and salt into a bowl or onto a piece of wax paper.
3) In larger mixer bowl, beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy. 4) Add eggs and mix well.
5) Slowly add chocolate, starter, milk and vanilla; mix well.
6) Beat in dry ingredients and pour batter into prepared pan. 7) Bake 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
8) Cool in pan on rack.
9) Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar just before serving. (Cake can also be frosted.)

CHOCOLATE CAKE
INGREDIENTS:
14 ounces semisweet chocolate, broken into pieces
3/4 cup plus 2 TB unsalted butter

10 egg yolks
1 cup granulated sugar
1 TB Pure Vanilla extract
1 TB Grand Marnier
1 tsp Lime Juice

10 egg whites
1/2 cup granulated sugar
- - powdered sugar and whipped cream for garnish


INSTRUCTIONS:
1) Melt the chocolate and butter in a double boiler. When melted, hold aside.

2) Beat the egg yolks and 1 cup granulated sugar until smooth, then stir in the vanilla, Grand Marnier and lime juice. Add this to chocolate and blend together.

3) Beat the egg whites in large bowl until SOFT peaks form. Slowly add the 1/2 cup of sugar, beating until STIFF peaks form.

4) Lightly STIR 1 cup of the egg whites into the chocolate mixture, then FOLD in the remaining egg whites with a rubber spatula. Don’t stir - FOLD - this keeps the air in the egg whites.

5) Flour and grease a 10 or 12 inch springform pan, and pour the batter into pans
Bake in preheated 250 degree oven for 2 1/2 hours. Cool COMPLETELY before removing from pan.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve with dollop of whipped cream.

Using a mixer/magimix you can put all the ingredients in at once.
If mixing by hand
6 lb cake margarine/butter
6lb caster sugar
creamed together with wooden spoon until colour lightens
3 eggs
mix in
2 tablespoons of golden syrup
mix in
pinch of salt
5 lb self raising flour
1 lb cadbury's baking cocoa ( or 4lb and 2lb for stronger choc taste)
Large teaspoon baking powder
Mix in
mixture finished ,makes 36 fairy cakes( need cake cases )or one large chocolate sponge
Large sponge tin 9 inches diameter,2inches(or deeper!)
use 2 tins for the two halves
oven175 degrees C for fairy cakes (adjust for fan ovens) watch after 10 Min's probably ready 13-15 Min's depending oven/mix portions
Larger sponges turn temp down to 160 after 1/2 hour check for readiness after 40Min's(resistant to gentle pressure)

80 grams sugar+100 gram butter ( to cream till white)
to fold in 2 large eggs, 100 grams self raising flour, 1 tbsp cocoa paste, 1 tsp oil and pour into a greased tray 6 inch .
Bake in the centre of oven for 25-30 min ,at 160 Celsius until light l brown , until toothpick comes clean after poking the cake.
leave for 2 mins to cool in tray , and invert into a cooling rake.

Go to walmart or any store that sells cake mixes and buy a chocolate cake mix then go home and read the back of the box to see how what all you might need to make this cake then mix it all together and preheat your oven and bake it for about 35-40mins depends.

100g sugar
100g flour
100g butter
20g cocoa
2 eggs

Cream the butter and sugar, add the eggs then add cocoa and flour and cook on gas mark 4 for 35 mins

Thats all you need!!
