i have always enjowyed smelling nivea creme (the blue tin)i usually put a bit in a cloth which i keep and smell it whenever i feel like it, i have been doingthis for 30 years. am i insane? look at my other posts

erm no not unless the cream has diffirect effect on the brain like sniffing glue. Also addictions tend to have spiral downwards i.e you need more and more it could consider a addiction like a addiction to exercise or gambling or compulsive behaviour all depend if you can live without it

Looking at your other posts, I think you have OCD (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder). Its quite common. Go see your GP - Your obviously concerned about yourself - a counseller might be able to give you some cognitive therapy and coping strategies. Best of luck x
