a man goes to the same building every day
on a rainy day he gets the elevator to the 14th floor but on a dry day he only rides the elevator to the 10th floor and walks the other 4 floors why?

Theres holes in the roof from the 10th floor up so if he walks up the stairs he mite slip and fall cuz the water is all over the floor

he is a short man ok....so in rainy days he have an umbrella that he uses to click the 14th floor buton...
but in dry days he doesn't have an umbrella so just reach 10th floor button, & he use the stares to go up the rest floors.....
that's why....right..??!

the man is a midget. he brings an umbrella when it is raining and use it to press the 14th flr button. on sunny day, he doesn't bring his umbrella and he could only reach the 10th button.

bacaus he is small,he uses his umbrella in the rain so he uses that to reach the top buttons in the lift
