Feta is good in an omelet, or tossed into a salad. I use it to beef up Bleu Cheese dressing. I put feta in macaroni and cheese, and into grilled cheese sandwiches. As you become used to having it in your home, you'll find your own favorite uses...

The best thing ever that has feta in it is "hippie hash". They make this at all the diners around me. It is basically hash browns with sauteed mushrooms, onions, tomatoes green peppers (sometimes places put broccoli in it too) and then you put a whole bunch of feta on top- delicious! It is even better with some hot sauce on top (this is the only thing that I eat with hot sauce).

you could use feta cheese for anything that you like with other cheeses..just use the feta in place if you are that fond of...as making the cheese you would need a nanny goat and use its milk......
