There is no airline that I know of that flies from Columbus to Los Angeles nonstop. The majority of airlines serving Columbus will get you to L.A. through connecting flights.

do you mean directly? or with connections?

i know that American Airlines does but uses smaller partner airplanes. Delta does a direct flight. North Western, Continental, and Midwest all have connecting flights that do that route.

I'd recommend Midwest.

You wouldn't have to deal with any of the hassle that comes with O'Hare or Atlanta and the prices are pretty competitive
