Anything in the world you would like to do. Just because you have a degree is no guarantee you will get a job related to that degree. Stands to reason economics deals with finances in all facets.

Work in Wall Street or the City of London and get huge bonuses. Work for the Government and become famous like Molly Orshansky. Use it as the basis for getting an MBA, go into business and be a big success. Become a diplomat.
