Christians have several pre - incarnations of Jesus in the old testement.
examples are
1) Angel of the Lord appearing to joshua.
2) 1 of the angels that came to abraham just before sodom + G. were destroyed.
3) Angel that appeared to Gideon
Christians see these as Jesus, since these angels accepted worship, and the words they spoke, were infering that the angel had power.
What is the jewish interpretation of these incidences?

Christianity is soooo confusing.
No wonder, there is a rise among them converting to the plain and simple Islam.

I'm not sure how they view that... though when I have ever discussed angels with the Jews I know, they keep reminding me that the word itself just means "messenger".
But how is it that Christians can see their God in all of those angels and Jesus... yet can not picture a God with infinite incarnations/manifestations which interact with different people on different levels?

Who are you talking to? That is not something commonly taught.
Jesus was eluded to in advance, but not seen. I'm not buying your little history lesson here.
Whenever someone says that "christians believe" this or that I take it for what it is. An assuption from someone on the outside looking in.
