te amo = I love you (a romantic love)
te quiero = I love you/I care about you a lot (like you would say to family or good friends)
buena suerte = good luck

'I love you' is translated as 'te amo' o 'te quiero' both of them means the same, but 'te amo' is more used in Latin American countries and 'te quiero' it's the most used in Spain.

'Goodluck' is 'Buena suerte'
