put a glass bowel or microwaveable bowel in with about a 2 cups of water & 1/2 cup of vinegar. Heat for at least 3-4 min, be careful remove, and proceed to wipe the microwave down. The hot steam helps to dissolve the grease, loosen the stains. You can use a cheap clorox cleaner if the stains don't go away. This will not hurt your microwave. When using the bleach solution, wipe down with clean water afterwards, and leave microwave open for a couple of minutes until it drys. Good Luck!!
