Last night I had a choclate eclair, and it tasted horrible.

I had enough energy to bring it back to the store, but received no refund.

They needed the box it came in.

My wife discards boxes from grocery stores.

So, I wrote about this to the company, and they are investigating.

Generally, you don't get energy from choclate, just a high when you eat too much of it.

Your best bet for energy is good, wholesome cereal for breakfast.

(I wish I knew what was wrong with that ice cream pop, the first two that was eaten were okay).

A bit of both.

The sugar is carbohydrate and is a very easily realised energy source. The coca and the texture stimulate the brain to release dopamine and endorphins

it will give you a short term energy rush, but will leave you feeling crappy afterwards. the taste makes you feel a bit better, but you get a better high from doing something energetic and fun. plus you dont end up fat and spotty.

Chocolate gives you a sugar high but it wears off so quickly and its bad for your teeth. Eat carrots instead

Chocolate "DOES NOT" give you lasting energy! Sugars have calories that are "empty".

Caffeine contains theobromine, a stimulant like caffeine, and this makes you feel more alert and energetic. Of course the calories give you fuel for work or play as well.
