i received a txt message from an over seas #. This is what it said..."Mamoon jan. Baji Nazi ko telefone kray." please help me

It's an indian language.
I think it means:
Uncle. Call Baji Nazi

Uncle-Mamoon jan
telephone-telephon/call
Kray-make
Baji nazi??I think its a name

It seems like Urdu!!! It probably means "Dear uncle,call up Baji Nazi"
