Saline your nose every morning.
For smoking, take Vitamin C-2000 mg. a day to prevent cancers.
Lung foods are celery,apples,carrots,V-8 juice.
Put back in the body what smokin takes out.
For drinkin beer or liquor, u need to replace B vitamins.
Its all about drainin vitamins and puttin back in.
