are you on any medications??? Many medications can cause headaches, especially anti-depressants. Also, if you are not eating enough, you can get constant headaches. Perhaps you just have a migrane disorder, depending on how severe the headaches are. I suggest either looking into this further with a neurological exam, or exploring all the things you might be doing to cause the headaches... it could even be a food allergy.

Three references which may shed some light on your problem and offer remedies are:
Encyclopedia Of Natural Medicine - Murray & Pizzorno
Prescription For Natural Cures - Balch & Stengler
Let's Get Well - Adelle Davis
Hope you find something that applies to your situation (Headaches, as you will learn, are complicated and have many causes).

Possible reasons for your headache might be an extensive work on the computer during the day or too much TV. Also, being under pressure very often or not enough sleep might also cause you a headache.

There are several possibilities, including cluster migraines. This is something for your doctor to investigate and will be a process of elimination helped by as much information as you can give him. Check out one of these sites: http://www.healthsquare.com/headaches.htm

and they'll probably give you a good idea of what to tell your doctor so he'll have a good start on what it may or may not be on your first visit. The best type of doctor to see is a neurologist who specializes in headaches/migraines.
