Try getting rid of other things like bread. Someone I know had a similar problem and came to find out it was all the bread she was eating. Cut back on one thing at a time and see if it improves your situation.

Everyone passes several liters of intestinal gas every day, the normal result of fermentation as part of the digestive process.

Oily food might be a problem if you have gall bladder issues, but the usual culprit of excessive gas are fibrous food like bran and vegetables like beans and broccoli.

Try some digestive enzyme tablets taken with each meal. Papaya is useful too. Avoid cabbage, broccoli, cauliflour, and beans, peas, and lentils (or take Beano when you eat them). Activia yogurt taken daily may help or a good probiotic. Chlorophyll or charcoal tablets can help with odor problems. Simethicone also is good for gas trouble. Remember: the average person breaks wind 6-21 times a day according to a study.

Oily food does not cause gas. It has to do with the bacteria in the gut breaking down (digesting) what you have eaten.

You will take a dump everyday if you are a normal human.
No matter what you eat, it is going to come out.

Sometimes a poor diet can make your system act up, even after you have improved it. I recomend fasting for at least 24 hours. Then eat plenty of fiber and avoid beans, cabbage, too many fruits and veggies, too much food in general, things like that.

Try deactivated charcoal it neutralizes gas....but get a check up by a doctor and make sure theres no underlying problem.......and are you sure you are eliminating totally?Have you tried going twice a day? You might be a little impacted and it might be "overflow" that you are passing and therefore you have alot of gas still.
