actally there is no time to study ,any time u can concentrate u can study. but as far my experience one of my teacher's use to tell, there are only 2 times in a day when u are absoutely free and study .... the 2 times are
1. In the bathroom ( no one is there 2 disturb u )
2.Just before u go to sleep (hopefully, no one is there 2 disturb u)
time is not the factor consentration is the factor read for few minutes and have some water which will help u maintain energy level , take some rest and read again ............best of luck

The best time to study depends upon each person. Not all given time is best for each of us because it may work for some but not for others. Base from my experience, the best time and most effective time for me to study is at dawn. I can easily understand the lesson or memorize something faster.
If you want to know wha's the best time for you to study is to try to study from the different time frame you want and find out which one works best for you. You can do it!

During the day when you are free and have no distractions. Doing it the night before (cramming) is usually not good but some people thrive on it and succeed. I prefer listening to good music while studying. Also, you can head to the library or your local Starbucks. Being out of the house to study is usually a bit funner. Good luck!

yeah i agree with mostly everyone right before you go to sleep or sometime like after you are done doing what you have to do for that day so that you can focus on studying only. for me it's right when i get out the shower. so refreshing and i'm ready to memorize.

My teacher say study at 12.00 am because it quiet and i also try it really quiet.

i find when i have burts of energy like at night, before i go to bed as i can remember things clearly!!!! and i tend to understand things a lot more clearly!!!!
