At the risk of being given a thumbs down I am certain that it is the Dudley and West Bromwich area of the West Midlands... and to be honest... most of the blokes are bloatie-mingers aswell

Surely a more apt question is where is highest concentration of pretty English girls? That said, I think most English girls are attractive, just largely inane clones of one another - sorry, just my opinion. For that matter, English blokes are much the same. Whatever happened to individuality? Maybe that's why we get the same kind of trash on MTV all the time these days?
