I don't think there was ever a "founder" of agnosticism.
Buddhism was founded by Siddhartha Gautama, about 2500 years ago. The generally accepted leader today is the Dalai Lama, who has pretty limited freedom of movement due to China's occupation of Tibet.

Agnostic is a word invented in 1870. Agnostic literally means "ignorant" (without knowledge).
Agnostic is not a belief or religion, it is an excuse.

Agnostic belifes isn't a dogma and dose not have a founder...
It's a colection/clasifictaion of people with a similar lack of a conhisive religion..... we all aren't realy sure what to belive to one digree or another... and thats it....
And Agnostics don't realy gather.....

im not sure today if there is a main location where they meet....i think they have different locations all over the world...with a leader over each location....
