Buy something that isn't too extravagant but that you really would like or could use. Maybe like a new game if you play them, a movie that has been released, a really soft fuzzy blanket that's good for the coming cold weather or, make a donation to a charity or homeless shelter on the behalf of yourself. Realize that because you arre blessed to have lived another year, you can help someone that is really hurting.

Plant a tree... Buy a new pair of jeans... get a leather jacket... Go see a live theater show... Eat sushi... Swim with dolphins... Or take it to the casino... OR you could share it with your girlfriend, and take her somewhere nice or do something for her. Karma is fabulous between lovers!
