There is no nutritional benefit from soft drinks. They are simply flavorings, carbonated water, and a whole lot of sugar! Very, very bad for you!

Other than hydration from the water in them, there is no benefit to most sodas. Some are now trying to add in some nutrients, but the standard soft drinks don't have any vitamins at all. They are basically carbonated water, sugar, and flavorings.

Not much of a benefit... usually just empty calories. Meaning sugar calories and nothing else.

You may get a modicum of vitamin C from an orange soda, but I"m not certain.

i don't think there really is an upside to soda, i use to live off the stuff and i know its good, but it does for a fact take calcium out of your bones.

no nutritional benefit that i know of...other than that it is a liquid and will hydrate our bodies.
