I worked in restaurants for years, and I never heard of anyone wearing a business suit to interview for a job at a casual restaurant, even if they were looking for a management job.

Generally, neatness counts, and you should look like you care. Even though the job is pretty casual, you need to look pulled together - they shouldn't be thinking that once you are running around and food is dripping, you would be impossibly messy. Your hair should be neatly trimmed or pulled back - you don't want them to think it would fall into the food.

It has been a while since I've been to Islands, and I can't remember how the staff there dress, but I would say wear dress pants and either a button-down or a clean, new, polo-type shirt. Skip the jeans or shorts and tees, even if the staff is very casual on a daily basis.

Outfits for interviews are pretty standard, no matter what the job is. Even in a casually dressed environment such as factories, you still need to dress properly to show your eagerness for the job, and also to show that you do know how to dress up for it. It leaves a good first impression on the interviewer. It's always better to over-dress rather than under-dress.
Simplest thing you can wear is pants and a nice, long-sleeved shirt

I would suggest that you hang out at the place several days prior to your interview. Observe the dress code of the staff, especially those in your job desciption. Take notes. Wear the same during interview day.
