My family and I moved away from a terrible situation about six years back. My father is an abusive gambloholic and we had enough so we moved. Bad mistake, not too long after we move he sells the house for gambling money at the casino and loses all the money plus our home of 22 years. I had a great life in that home except for the abuse we all took from our pathetic father especially my my mother who got it the worst out of all of us. She's a great woman and christian at heart who works hard to support us all. We all live together here in Portland Oregon in a rental house struggling with what we have. I'm trying so hard to figure out how to get my house back and I can't think of anything so my question is "How do I get our old house back"? Please, I beg of you, any information would help us out so much. Please.

Sometimes whatever you do just isn't enough, even though you feel there is something more you could do.

Your question is unclear, and lacks detail.
If your father sold the house, he must have sold it to a buyer, not the casino. A casino can issue a note, which if defaulted, can become a lien against your father's property.
No matter what, your father SOLD the house and transfered title to a new owner/lien holder. This is more than likely the situation, and you cannot do anything, but pay cash or finance a loan yourself and offer to buy the house back from the new owners.
If the casino was the buyer, title was still transfered.

You're out of luck!

It is not your house to get back. Obviously in order to sell the house your father's name had to have been on the papers, so he had every legal right to sell it for whatever reason. I suggest you drop this "pie in the sky" ideal and learn to live with what you have, or you could make an offer to those who own the house now because it is no longer your house.

i don't mean to be merciless yet there is not something you're able to do yet placed him in detention center for non-cost. He has no earnings if the courts verify, meaning your basically determination is placed him in detention center and make him study the not common way. Him advertising weed is hearsay and maximum probable would be unable to be shown. making use of the fb against him will do not something, he can in simple terms say the girls paid for each little thing.

First of all is the house for sale? If it is, you need money for a down payment.
