The sun god is the oldest god worshiped by humans. The sun brings light and therefore life. Whatever name he goes by it is well documented that some version of a sun god has been worshiped way before any other gods were worshiped. Worship of sun gods pre dates any jewish or christian gods.

I don't think we can ever know the answer to this. It is hard to tell which god has the oldest recorded history because their worshipers mostly carved in stone which makes it very difficult to date the writing accurately and there is always the possibility of older records being discovered. In prehistoric times, the goddess seems to predate any god.
Most of the major gods still being worshiped claim to have existed since "the beginning" or similar wording. The religions differ on their understanding of when exactly that was and even when religious writings give some kind of time reference, they are often not taken literally.
Shiva claims to be the oldest god in the world. The Jewish, Christian and Islamic Gods all insist that they are the ONLY god and therefore the oldest. Wiccans are sure that the great goddess is older than any god.
In short, I'd have to say that the oldest god in the world is the one you believe in because the age of nonexistent gods is a non-issue.

The only God is God the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit, but I think you mean, the oldest account of a deity being worshiped, in which case, it would be the God of the Hebrews, who is essentially the same God up to the time of Jesus, then there is debate between Jews and Christians as to which is following the real God.

I doubt if you can ever establish that.
First of all there is the problem of what you mean by "god" - there is a number of definitions out there. Are totems and fertility icons considered "gods"? If so then we will probably never know because they started appearing somewhere in the mists of prehistory.
Secondly to have a "god" do you have to have organised religion? In that sense I think you should look towards Latin America, Egypt and Persia.
These are some books that might help you
