I am a Pagan and I can assure you that I am neither disgusting nor unpatriotic. I feel very fortunate to live in the USA and be able to live freely. I vote in all elections (even local ones) and have a flag flying outside my apartment. My son (also a Pagan) is considering joining the army. We stand respectfully during the National Anthem (when many others don't)
My house is very clean and so are my kids. We have a very strong moral code and enforce it.

Do you have a problem with any of the groups mentioned?

Ummm....I am a Pagan and very proud of both my faith and my country (USA). My grandfather may be Christian but that does not stop me from being very proud of him for serving his Country in the Korean War (he was drafted into the army) when he did not have to. He could have gotten a medical exemption that the army over looked and when they finally realized it they asked him if he wanted to go back home but he chose to stay for the duration of his term of service. I all so am very supportive of all of out veterans and current troops that are fighting in Iraq and Afghanistan, so I fail to see how being a Pagan makes me unpatriotic.

The hate in this room is palpable. Are the Pagans in the military unpatriotic even though they fight knowing that when they are killed in defense of our freedom they will be denied an emblem of their faith on their memorials?

Unpatriotic is not the word you should be using. After all, One of America's basic principles is not persecuting people on his or her religious beliefs or ideals. So, take a look at yourself and ask if you are being a little judgmental.

I do not support the wrong policies. If you are a Christian Right and supporting the war then you are the most unpatriotic. By you I do not mean u. The war is hurting both sides.

Christans. They wish to overturn the ideals this nation was founded upon for their own selfish reasons. If anything is unpatriotic i believe sh*tting on our history is up there.

Out of those above, probably heathen. However, Jehovah Witness' believe all governments are corrupt and prefer going to jail rather then fulfilling government obligations. I've seen it many times in France where there is mandatory military service or jail. They pick Jail every single time.

Mere_Mortal,
Well . . . Patriotic towards the USA?
That would have to be the Muslims. They want Shiriah Law to be imposed upon all.

And then there are those Christian churches, I am embarrassed to say, that pervert the Gospel message into one of hate.
