Anywhere from a 1/4 inch to 3/4 inch a month. You have to make sure you get it cut about an 1/8 of an inch to keep it healthy looking as it grows. Go to a professional for the cut. Make sure it is someone you can trust to only cut that amount each month.

I think about a 1/2 inch a month but there is also exceptions such as, most womens hair stops growing at a certain length i.e. one women grows their hair down to their butt while the other womens wont grow past the middle of her back. Also I think the longer your hair gets the less it grows a month because my hair is down to the middle of my butt and I've been growing it since I was 12, I am now 22. Yes I got it trimmed every month, month and a half about an 1/8 of inch each time and it took 10 yrs to get this long. Its healthy too, I spend a lot of money on my hair, so my point is it depends on the person but that is the average.

I believe it grows anywhere from 1/2" to 1" inch a month.
But also everyone is different, some peoples hair grows faster than anothers.
My hair grows about 2 inches a month. If it's shoulder length now for me, my hair will be to just below the middle of my back by Jan. / Feb.
So it just depends on the person...

Hair grows at a rate of about 1 centimeter a month.
FYI: Nails grow at a rate of about 1 millimeter a month.
