HEHEHE i like this question but it depends on what context you mean it on sexually or normally. I find this question funny because being 25 not even a year ago some one said to me about a spit roast in the sexual term and i had no idea what it meant so i rang all my friends and family asking them and all but one of them wet theirselves laughing at me on the phone. I didnt know why until i was told what it meant. I didnt find it funny at the time them all laughing at me but now i do its a standing joke with my friends and family now

Ok you know what the culinary meaning is, so I imagine you mean the sexual one.
It is where two men have sex with a woman at the same time,
One in her t w at and one in her mouth, so it is like she is on a spit so to speak.
As a note, I think it got into more common usage when 2 footballers were on a rape charge and it was mentioned in court.
