Use Frontline Plus. No messy sprays or creams. Crack open the vile, put it on a the skin along the dog's back- all set.

See your vet to get a prescription- it's worth it.

There are several differing types:
Some work on a instant kill and that is it basis.
Some work the same way but leave a residual that keeps the bugs away.
Some are very toxic to both you and your dog.
While some are just a joke.
Someone mentioned frontline, it's good and works
Another good way are dips, personally I like the permeation dips.
The key to any and all is not to get the dog wet for a few days after the application of whatever.

The trick is to kill the fleas without killing the dog. For front line to work the bugs have to get on the dog, because the poison in kept in the dogs body at a very low level. With dips the poison is kept in the fur

If the dogs are indoor dogs then they may be getting the bugs from your carpeting, repeated vacuuming can cure that. On the other had if they are outdoor then only a exterminator can get them. Often the dogs brig them in and they stay.

Flea and tick sprays basically cover your dog in pesticides. After a few days it's worn off so they come back.

Try a product like Frontline. You put a little squirt of it on your dog (on the back of their neck, usually) once a month. It gets absorbed into their bloodstream and basically makes fleas and ticks not want to bite them. Since it's in their bloodstream, it last a whole month, and also they also don't get all smelly and gross feeling the way they do from sprays. I can imagine it's also healthier for them.

you will desire to be employing the only use Frontline. it is in a small plastic tube, and you place it on the lower back of the dogs's neck and squeeze out, shifting down alongside the backbone. That way they'd't lick the place the medicine is. The tubes are offered via the load of your dogs. in spite of the undeniable fact that, be careful if your dogs is on the backside end of the load selection, you desire to to grant quite under the stated dosage. i would not use ANY all-over spray. It probable is hurting your dogs. not because of the fact Frontline is undesirable, yet too lots Frontline is undesirable (it quite is a poison, after all).
