im 5'2 and i weigh 175. 2 years ago i weighed 124 and thought i was fat. i need to loose weight FAST. i know thats not healthy but im desperate. i have to loose at least 30 pounds in 3 months. i work all the time so i dont have time to exercise. please help

If you are that desperate, surgical removal of the excess adipose tissues and fat is your only solution - since diets cannot help reduce that fast, and exercise could even result in the development of extra muscles instead !
You should discuss your problem with a competent and qualified surgeon - who could opt for liposuction, if it is feasible in your case.

There is no magic pill,diet or formula to lose weight. It takes hard work and detication to reach your goal. Based on my 13 years of bicycle racing experience, I would encourage you to eat a well balanced diet based on the 5 basic food groups. Also eat a lot of fruit, and raw veggies and salads for snacks,and stay away from the junk and fast food. When you do eat your meals it's very important to eat just one serving and don't heap up your plate.Most servings are between a 1/2 and 1/3 cup. If you choose to eat red meat only have a piece the size of a deck of playing cards.That's all one really needs. You also might want to check with your county extention office they will have a lot of helpfull literature for you and most of the time it's free. And don't forget to exercise. Fat is not very nice. I used to lose weight in 4 months. First I was 56 kg, now I am 48. Lost 8 kg. I only eat few.... vegestable is no problem, you can eat, meat with not fat is good, but eat few too, if you eat rice as my country, please keep few too... or something like rice, only a little... water need much... I dont have time to excercise too, Im lazy so not do it. Sugar: few, not need never, only few few few ... good luck

You say you dont have time to exercise but you have to. If you lose that much weight without exercising, you may get lose skin and look bad.

check out the South Beach Diet phase one...cut out carbs, sugar, sweets, fruits. I have been on this diet i know it works. you can lose 5-12 lbs in 2 weeks, and they say it doesnt matter how long you stay on the first phase of the diet either...its all a matter of will power.

The best thing you can do is cut your calories and do 40 minutes aerobic and 40 minutes weights per day.

Why not reduce on the fat,carbohydrates,and try eating a lot of fruits and vegetables.
