No, tragedies happen everywhere, by all sorts of people. All a fence will do is keep them inside the place they happen. Look at N. Korea, that's a closed society, would you like to live like that?
And weather or not the person was a Mexican or not is not the issue, in this case.

i sympathize with the loss of life being as i am from Montreal and some lunatic killed a young girl & wounded 19 others in a school here a couple of weeks ago...HOWEVER...a lunatic is a lunatic no matter what race, religion or creed and your racial slurs are not appretiated. it is attitudes and statements such as the one you have just chosen to demonstrate that ostrisize people and cause them to do these kind of things to begin with so keep it up buddy if you want more innocent people to die
