It depends on why you do it. If you just want to make sure you get the proper fluids, yes. But if it's because you're really thirsty, it could be a problem. People who are diabetic tend to get thirsty a lot, that's one symptom anyway. Getting very tired, dizzy, sick feeling can also be a sign that you are diabetic.

Drinking a gallon a day is good for you, but most people don't do it. If you sweat a lot for any reason, you'll need to replace that water. If you tend to get kidney stones, drinking a gallon a day can prevent them. But if you have excessive thirst for no apparent reason, you might want to check with your doctor; it is a symptom of diabetes.

I had a pipeline job in mo. one summer. I carried and drank two gallons of water and a thjermos of coffee every day. It was hot and the work was hard.

Depends on your climate and activity level. Make sure if one is drinking that much water that they are not diabetic and are not losing their electrolytes.

definite its high quality yet when ur procuring water like everyother day you should relax wit each and every of the water becus is u drinkk to a lot water your abdomen will damage and it is going to fill like your walking on clouds ....

i cant see any thing wrong in it, it's good for you keeps your kidneys clean and liver. when i first be came a diabetic i had a craving for water this might be your problem see your doc.
