I use neosporin, but it gets clogged in the razor

It mainly depends on whether your skin is sensitive to anything.

I never buy shaving cream. For shaving, I use Noxzema (but you have to rinse the blade a lot) or hair conditioner.

In a pinch I've used shampoo, but to be honest it's not ideal because it's a detergent, not a soap, and it can dry and/or irritate your skin, so I've only ever done that for my legs, which aren't as sensitive as other areas.

You can also try lathering something like a Dove soap bar or even using SoftSoap liquid soap, or aloe vera gel.....

Good luck!

I tried all the creams the first time I wanted to shave there.
So let me tell you the best one was Bikini Zone Anti-Irritation shave gel. It is at walmart. No bumps at all.

Only shave one time, don't try to shave the next day or a few days in a row. Shave a few weeks later.

You can use a gentle exfoliant, it really helps so you don't get the red bumps, and instead of using a razor use something like Nair totally painless and it lasts a lot longer.

Use glycerin. When mixed with water it is an extremely efficient lubricant and a humectant (maintains moisture) for the skin. You can get it in a local drug store.

Try hair conditioner. Or a light moisturizer. Fill your sink w/ hot water and after each "swipe" just dip the razor in the sink of hot water to unclog it.
