I'd really like to ride a dinosaur. I'm also a conservationist, so you probably know why I want to know.

I mean, would God just let his creation fade away forever?

Men and Woman see in animals part of God’s generous provision for human welfare. Animals have served man as burden bearers, as sources of food and clothing, as sanitation agents, and as helpers in the vital activities of plowing and harvesting. Their variety of form and color has delighted his eye; their habits and instincts have been and still are an extensive field for inquiry into the marvels of God’s creative work. Though animals die in the same manner as man, they do not share his hope of a resurrection.

Animals were created with a limited life span, humans had the prospect of living on earth forever. (Genesis 3:22, 23; Psalm 37:29) Jesus Christ said that to enjoy “everlasting life,” we must exercise faith and take in knowledge of God, things that animals are incapable of doing. (John 3:36; 17:3)

God created animals for the sake of humans. Animals can help them do their work and can serve as their companions or pets. They also serve to magnify God’s love and wisdom.

The Creator gave life to both humans and animals. But for how long were they to continue to live? Scientists report that humans seem to have the potential of endless life, so that investigators are perplexed as to why man dies. The Bible gives the reason. It says that the Creator gave the first humans the opportunity of living forever. Death came only because they rebelled. (Gen. 2:17; 3:17-19; Rom. 5:12) What, though, of animals? They are not capable of conscious rebellion against God; yet they live only for a length of time and then die. Hence, it is clear that the Creator never purposed that individual animals live forever. For them death was natural.

As there is nothing physical in heaven, I doubt that there will be dinosaurs there, but quite possibly there may be dinosaurs on the earth again. Most people will live here and not in heaven as God prepared the earth especially for man and man for the earth. The Bible tells us that the lion and lamb will lay down together and they will cause no harm to eachother so, perhaps, dinosaurs will also be that way. Our brains will be perfect so he (God) could very well have us recreate the dinosaurs from strands of dna which have been preserved in ice--sort of like Jurrasic Park but without the danger. I hadn't thought of this before, so thanks for the question.

I dunno man, but i certainly hope so.

Apparently animals have no souls so their existence ends when their physical shell dies. Even though i was taught that way, i sometimes think about my deceased pets and secretly wish that i'd meet them again in Heaven when my time comes.

Then again, maybe "Heaven" is different in everyone's perspective. For you, it may be being in the midst of all the extinct animals, having a ride on a Brontosaurus, playing fetch with a Tasmanian Tiger or snuggling up to a Dodo (hmmm, maybe not).

I'm a vet so for me, it's probably seeing all the sick animals that have died and gone to the rainbow bridge - now healthy and happy. And of course, my own pets that have died.

Oh well, we'll see when the time comes, but no harm being deluded for the time being!! :)

Even at earth animals are enjoying a very good life as compared to humans. They are already in heaven even being on earth. The problem of heaven is with human being not with the animals.

For sure animals will be in heaven, i don't know about dinosaurs, but for sure the others. And if you want to see the Scriptures, in Rev. Jeses came on horses with the others saint. They came from heaven. And anyway, us will be on the new earth not to much in heaven. Isahia spoke about it and he said that the lamb and the lion will be friends. I think is in capther 65.

Animals that became extinct had Souls, and they evolved into the forms of life that we see today.

A Soul evolves into higher forms of consciousness, just as physical life evolves into higher forms of physical existence.

Many of the more advanced, and "older" human Souls, started from the Souls of dinosaurs, plesiosaurs and pterodactyls.

For details on the evolution of the Soul read "Rational Spirituality" on the Dhaxem website.

Every living thing has a soul. Soul is life! If Soul survives after physical death, it survives for all living things. Whether or not they maintain their earthly form is a subject to ponder.

No, I don't. But by incorporating some PCP use into your daily regimen, you can still ride a dinosaur.
