Well prevention is better sometimes.
* So the elders in the colony could be around when the girls are out.
* The girls could change time / venue of their outings, they could play out in the terrace or indoors for a change.
* Lock most of the gates to the colony and leave only one gate as access point which can be monitored by security agents.
* Allocate passes to residents.
* Do call the police they shall be able to send some policemen who could take rounds. This is enough to scare away the miscreants.

call the police if u r not able to give them a slap with your sandals as someone has said b4.i don't know how long menfolk want us to be their slaves.b bold enough to do whatever u want.i don't accept with rdelhi.why should we sacrifice our freedom bcoz of those idiots.I'm a girl.once i was reading in the terrace n1 idiot who was standing in his terrace(my opp house) was making gestures teasing me n another fellow was staring at me for a long time.i scolded them both in such way that they could hear me.from that day onwards they would never stand in the terrace if im reading even if they r standing also they wont turn to my side at all.but if my sister goes to the terrace they will start their work as my sister used to ignore them.in my experience the more we ignore them the more they want our attention n they do something like a mad.
what i say u is never hesitate to call the police r i tell u give those idiots a nice slap with your sandals.never b scared of anything.

Instead of complaining to someone its better go by gandhigiri way (by jus ignoring them) or by bhagat singh way (slap them with ur sandals) try this ......................
