i just met a man on the street and i asked him the way to my univ..and we talked..then he asked my number and called me for a coffee..
the coffee time went pretty well( hopefully it's not my own feeling), and when we decided to leave, he said: probably we should meet next week for a meal..
but after last friday's meeting, he doesnt call me until now..it's almost a week..
i dont get it..he was just being polite to say that..or he is not into me at all..or some other problems?
i just want to know how you guys think about it..generally after first meeting(date? ), how long will you contact the girl?
i think man is impatient ..they wont wait that long..so i think he just doesnt take me seriously..right?

thanks guys..i think so..but sometimes people should be a little bit honest..how come he showed like he was interested in me?
or probably i should learn some basic skills that can tell the hint whether man likes me or not..but not just randomly guess or being self-observant..

Yes, you are right. If a guy really likes you he calls you the day after he meets you. Some guys have a 3 day rule. They think if they call before 3 days they seem desperate. A guy that waits a week either doesn't like you enough or has some other serious issues you dont want to deal with. He's not worth it. Dont you want to be with a guy who couldn't wait to call ? A week is too long for me. Every guy that Ive ever dated called me the following day.

wow are u desperate if u came off the way u did in this question then i can c y he hasent called u back, stop being so aggresive thats 4 us 2 be that way my god he went 4 coffee and u r were proposing marrage take it easy we can sense desperation u should be thankful he didnt invite u over 2 his place 4 a nightcap (at 3 in the afternoon we call it mid day sex ladies don't be fooled)please take your time be patient with the nex polite guy u meet . just try and be less aggresive take the coffee and say thanx.

He's not that into you. He was probably trying to be nice...unless he calls you at some point and tells you that he's been really busy, but don't even take that as an answer because ANYONE can make 5 minutes in a day to call you and set up a date.

It could be that he realizes that he did not love connection with you. Or it could be that something important came up and he did not have an opportunity to call. Why not call him?

Why don't you call him if you feel attracted to him. May be he is waiting for your call.or may be he needs reminder.at least he done the first move.
