The comma would come after.
However, "Member" should be capitalized.
And, within the parenthesis you should have the
"descriptions" of the "TWO organizations" only.
Not all the titles held, memberships, etc.
And Fraternity should be capitalized.

For example, if you were the founding father of the Professional Business Fraternity and the AEPI, you would write:

As Founding Father of two organizations at Cal State (Professional Business Fraternity and AEPI), I have had the opportunity.........

The other membership and peer support should be incorporated another way. Or you should change your lead in sentence.

1. No need for a parenthesis. However, I would take advantage of your experience and talk about, not briefly mention it within parenthesis.
2. "Estudiantíl" contains an accent, emphasizing the last syllable.
3. A comma is needed only after the parenthesis. Again, I insist, you should PLAY-UP, enhance, embellish, your experience!

You only need a comma after the parentheses. If you are in frequent need of help with punctuation might I suggest a book titled, "Comma Sense"? Not only is it informational but it is funny. It is so fun to read that you sometimes forget that you are learning something from it.

I don't think you put commas before or after the parenthesis.
