You are asking two questions, mixing the similie of spatial inaccuracy. What ???? You say, you dont understand what I just said, then let me explain it simply. The Jesus narrative is first of all, a skillfully written Fiction. However, it is a narrative with several dozen fabrications and historical non- events, and while the entire New Testament narrative, particularly the gospel accounts all have the Jesus character telling his followers that he would immeadiately, if not even sooner, be returning in glory, it never happened. All the gospel accounts as well as the account of the imminent return of Jesus specifically declare that Jesus would return, IN THAT GENERATION, to those, who would be watching, even as St. Paul declared, that SOME WOULD NOT DIE before Jesus returned, Never happened. THe dozen or more false prophets that have attempted to predict a return have all failed, and the basic reason is, that a FICTIONAL CHARACTER, no matter how sincerely believed in, cannot return....at least not until the original authors write a new chapter for the gospels bringing him back. Sort of like a Superman sequel. You can wait, but it wont happen. Sincerely

JESUS WAS NO PART OF THIS WORLD THAT ENDS AS HIS WORLD NEVER ENDS

John 18:36 Jesus answered, My kingdom is not of this world:
if my kingdom were of this world, then would my servants fight,
that I should not be delivered to the Jews: but now is my kingdom not from hence.

Eph.3:21 Unto him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus throughout all ages,
world without end. Amen.

Eph.2:7 That in the ages to come he might shew the exceeding riches of his
grace in his kindness toward us through Christ Jesus.

KJV Bible 1611 + 303 = 1914 and excepted translation to go through WW1 and WW2.
Many world conflicts. Matt.24:3,7,14,15,22,34,36-38 [ Only god knows the day
and hour ]; We were in the last days from the time we got the bible to tell us
about it.

If Satan has 6,130 years from Eden to Rev.20:1-6,12,13; as to Matt.24:22; some how it could be cut short for those involved, and some how only God would know the day and the hour.

Firstly im not a christian but a Muslim. We also believe Jesus will return except that we dnt believe he was a son of god, but a prophet with gifted powers.

I do believe its going to be soon aswell. A lot of things are happening that show that the time is close to the end. Sometimes it scares me but when i think about it, why be scared when im already doing my best to be the best i can be in the way of God. Right? I dont harm others, dnt steal, dnt commit adultry, i dont lie (not anymore at least and havent done so for a few years now, excpet some white lies). I give charity aswel.

btw i like ur avatar its really cutest one i seen on here. :)

Anytime now. There's nothing left to be fulfilled! I think I agree with your friend but I could be wrong. The Bible says we don't know the day nor the hour but to be ready. Two things are for sure though: He's coming and I can't wait!!! As one of my favorite song's says "I've been longing and I've been waiting. Just any day now, His face I'll see."

I believe it will be when the last of the generation that was around when Israel became a nation passes. So possibly in the next 20 years.

I think it is very close. My mother thinks the world will get even worse than it is now first. She says we won't even be able to get out for groceries because of violence. We are close to that now. We are close to being a Sodom and Gommorha society. Violence everywhere. Kids killing parents. Schools not safe. We need to have our hearts ready.

Nobody knows the answer to this question, and nobody ever will. People have tried to guess for centuries, and every one of them has been wrong. Jesus will come like a thief in the night, we will never know. I wish I did know though, cuz if I saw him, I'd say like..." What up Jesus?"

Humans are tending away from GOD and would not be long when He decides to end! Day by day, misery and disregard, selfishness are on the increase and God has been abused and disregarded, so the end would be very near!

We obviously have different religions.

The universe is infinite and so are we. There is no end just like there is no beginning.

I see no spiritual value in spreading the idea that the end is near. Fear is a negative emotion, and one many people will use to manipulate you.
